Peanut crispies















Ingredients

Peanut shelled
250gms
Bengal gram flour  (besan)
1 cup
Rice flour
½ cup
Red chilli powder
½ tsp
Salt
a pinch
Water
½ cup (approx.)
Oil
3 1/3 cup (approx.)


Roast peanuts in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Prepare a batter of gram and rice flour, chilli powder, salt and water. Add roasted peanuts. Mix well. Heat the oil. Drop peanuts into the hot oil, one at a time. Fry till crisp and drain on absorbent paper. Tin when it cool.
