Red chilli powder

3 1/3 cup (approx.)

Roast peanuts in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Prepare a
batter of gram and rice flour, chilli powder, salt and water. Add roasted
peanuts. Mix well. Heat the oil. Drop peanuts into the hot oil, one at a time.
Fry till crisp and drain on absorbent paper. Tin when it cool.
