Sift flour. Add salt and onion seeds. Rub in fat with
sufficient water to form a soft, smooth dough. Roll out about 0.1 cm (1/16”)
thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Prick. Fry in deep fat till golden brown and
crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and tin.
