Ingredients

Green gram with skin
225gms
Ginger (chopped)

Green chilli

Coriander (crushed)

a pinch
Grated coconut

Salt
to taste
Gram flour
30gms
Crushed peppercorns

Fat to fry



Clean, wash and soak the gram for 12 hours. Remove husk as much as possible. Grind coarsely. Add chopped chillies, ginger, coconut, coriander, cumin, pepper and salt. Mix well. Rub oil in gram flour and add to mixture. Fry this mixture in the shape of flat wadas in hot fat and serve hot.
