Masala wada

Prawns (boiled and seasoned)

Wash and soak gram for 2 hours. Grind the gram coarsely (or pass through a mincer). Mix finely chopped onions, green chillies, coarsely ground red chillies and salt. Mix well together and shape into 10 small flat rounds about 0.8 cm (1/3”) thick. Place one prawn on the top of each wada. Deep fry till crisp and cooked.
