Mix gram flour, milk and 55gms of fat. Make a thick syrup of
the sugar. Blanch and slice almonds and pistachios. Powder the cardamoms. Heat the remaining fat. Add gram flour mixture
and fry. Add sugar syrup. Mix well. Remove and pour greased plate and allow to
set. Sprinkle cardamoms powder. Garnish with nuts into pieces.
