Chop onion and tomatoes and fry in hot fat. Add all the
ingredients except eggs, peas and coriander leaves. Cook on a slow fire for 30
minutes or till the mince is tender. Add a little water if necessary. When
three-fourth done add peas. Serve with hard boiled eggs cut into halves.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
