Green mince

To be ground with water:



Coriander leaves
1 bunch
25 bunches
Mint leaves
½ bunch

Green chillies

30 – 50gms


Heat fat and saute the onion till light brown. Add the minced meat and cook till all the water is absorbed. Put in the ground spices and fry well for 10 minutes, till you get pleasant smell. Add the tomato, salt to taste, and a cup of water and allow the mince to cook gradually. Add lime juice to taste. Check for seasoning and remove. Green peas and potatoes fingers may be used to garnish this dish.
