Turmeric

Coriander leaves
a few springs

Salt &pepper
to taste

Mince the meat. Chop carrot into small pieces. Chop garlic, ginger and onions. Keep green chillies whole. Mix prepared ingredients, turmeric, salt and pepper. Add sufficient water to cook minced meat fairly dry. When meat is done and carrot well cooked, add chopped coriander leaves and remove. Serve hot.
