Clean and mince mutton. Mince onions, garlic and ginger. Chop green chillies. Heat the fat. Fry gram, ground masala, onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add meat and fry for a few minutes. Add cut tomatoes and cook covered on slow fire. Sprinkle a little water occasionally. When almost cooked, add diced potatoes, salt and beaten curds. Cook till potatoes are quite soft. Remove and serve hot.
