Ingredients

Refined flour
500gms
Sugar
200gms
Yellow colour
a few droops
Fat (absorption)
150gms
Water



Prepare a dough with flour and sugar syrup (like poori dough). Mix yellow colour in it. Divide into 40 small balls and roll thinly to the diameter of 13 cm. (5”). Fry in hot fat.

N. B.      Usually some designs or paintings are made with different colours on the thinly rolled pieces and then they are fried.
