Jaggery dosa
















Ingredients

Quantity
Raw rice
250gms
Whole wheat flour
500gms
Jaggery
250gms
Grated coconut (optional)
2 tbsp
Cardamom

Clarified butter for frying



Soak and drain rice. Grind well. Add flour add broken pieces of jaggery with enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Add grated coconut and mix well. Heat the pan. Spread a tsp of ghee over. Pour batter and spread lightly. Turn carefully. Pour 1 tsp of ghee over. Remove.

N. B.      Maize or jowar flour can be used instead of rice, if desired.
