Ingredients

Split black gram
200gms
Fenugreek
50gms
Rice
1 kg


Soak rice, gram and fenugreek separately. Grind the gram and fenugreek to a smooth and fluffy consistency. Grind rice coarsely. Mix together. Leave to ferment overnight. Add salt and lukewarm water to obtain pouring consistency. Prepare like plain dosas.
