Frying batter for fish (A)















Ingredients

For 10
Refined flour
225gms
Yeast, fresh
15gms
    Or

Dry yeast
8gms
Milk or water
300ml
Salt
to taste 


Sift the flour and salt into a basin. Dissolve the yeast in a little of the water. Make a well in the flour. Add the yeast and the liquid. Mix the flour gradually and beat to a smooth mixture. Allow to rest for at least one hour before using.
