Crab soup

Boiled rice for garnish



Prepare crabs. Blanch tomatoes and chop. Chop onions. Cut ladies fingers into roundels. Remove seeds, wash well. Chop capsicum. Heat the fat. Fry the crabs lightly. Add chopped onions and capsicum. Saute. Add ladies fingers and fry for a couple of minutes more. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste and about 1 – 1 ½litres of water. Cover and simmer for an hour. Serve hot, garnished with boiled rice.
