Corn and green pepper fritters

Corn (tender) removed from cob
1 cob
Sugar
15gms
Medium white sauce
120ml
Baking powder
¼ tsp
Egg
1
Sifted flour
1 tbsp (about 15gm)
Salt
to taste
Fat to fry



Cook the corn in the salted water. Combine corn with sugar, salt, white sauce, egg and chopped capsicum. Sift baking powder and flour and add it to the mixture. Mix well. Fry in deep fat, like fritters.
