Cut bread slices into triangle or rectangles. Mix all
ingredients (except bread) together. Spread on bread slices. Deep fry in a deep
karai and serve piping hot.
N. B. For
variations, use ground garlic, ginger, chopped coriander leaves and green
chillies or use tomato sauce instead of milk.
