Pick, wash and soak rice. Slice onions. Heat the fat. Fry
sliced onions. Remove. Fry spices. Add rice and fry. Add turmeric dissolve in a
little water; stir well. Add hot water or stock in the proportion 1: 2 (1 rice:
2 water) and salt. Finish off ass for fried rice. Serve garnished with fried
onion.
Chopped coriander leaves can be used as a garnish.
