Fenugreek powder

Mustard seeds

Turmeric powder
25gms
Asafoetida
10gms
Salt
100gms
Chilli powder
300gms
Oil
100ml


Mix together fenugreek, mustard, turmeric, asafoetida and salt. Add to hot oil and roast. When roasted, remove from fire and add chilli powder. Mix will and use as required.
