Rajmah Roti















Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 
460gms
Kidney beans
230gms
Green chillies
20gms
Onions
60gms
Salt
To taste
Coriander leaves
A few spring
Fat
60gms
Cumin
A pinch


Soak kidney beans for about 8 hours. Then cook till nicely soft. Grind together cooked kidney beans, green chillies, salt and cumin. Mix with flour, keeping aside a little flour for rolling. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves and make medium consistency dough. Keep aside for half an hour. Knead well. Divide into even sized balls. Roll out 0.5 cm. (about 1/8”) thick. Heat the griddle. Bake each roti for a minutes, add fat round the edge. Turn over. Bake both sides. Serve hot.
