Makki Ki Roti
Ingredients

Maize flour (coarse)

450gms

Salt

1 ½ tsp

Water

1 ½ tea cupful

Melted butter or ghee

Sieve the flour. Add salt. Prepare a stiff dough
by gradually adding the water. Mix and knead an use at once. Separate enough
dough to make one roti. Shape the roti (thick and round) on your hand. Place on
well-greased griddle kept over fire. Continue flatting by pressing all round
with the palm of the hand, taking care not to break it. Cook on both sides over
a slow fire. Smear ghee and serve. Repeat for other rotis.
