Methi Ki Roti














Ingredients

Whole wheat flour
100gms
Bengal gram flour
50gms
Fenugreek leaves
50gms
Coriander leaves
15gms
Salt
5gms
Turmeric
A pinch
Fat
50gms


Sieve flour and gram together. Add chopped coriander and fenugreek leaves. Add salt, a pinch of turmeric and 15gms of fat. Prepare a soft dough using water. Roll into a thin chapatti. Apply fat. Make into a ball. Roll it again into a chapathi. Bake both sides on a hot griddle. Apply fat. Fry for a few minutes and remove.
