Rub some fat into the flour, add salt. Add water and prepare
a stiff dough. Divide into equal portions and form into balls. Roll out as for
chapaties. Grate radish. Remove excess moisture if any. Season . Sprinkle
seasoned radish on one round and cover with another; press down the edges. Cook
as for plain parathas.
