Sieve flours together. Add chilli powder, coriander powder,
turmeric powder, turmeric, salt and chopped fenugreek leaves and mix. Prepare
dough, adding enough water. Set aside for half an hour. Divide into small balls
and roll out very thin. Shallow fry on a hot griddle.
