Fenugreek

Wheat flour
50gms
Jowar or bajra flour
30gms
Chilli powder
½ tsp
Coriander powder
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Salt
½ tsp
Oil
10gms


Sieve flours together. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, turmeric, salt and chopped fenugreek leaves and mix. Prepare dough, adding enough water. Set aside for half an hour. Divide into small balls and roll out very thin. Shallow fry on a hot griddle.
