Ragi flour
30gms
7.5kg
Hot water
60ml
3 ltr
Fat or oil
2 tsp
340gms
Salt
a pinch
100gms

Mix salt and flour. Add hot water gradually and knead for 5 minutes. Prepare a soft dough and divide into balls. Roll out into thin chapaties and put on a hot griddle. Smear with a little fat or oil and spread it evenly. Cook on both sides.
