Warm water to mix (about 60%)




Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl with salt. Rub in the fat. Add enough warm water to form a stiff dough. Knead well till the dough becomes soft and smooth. Divide dough into even sized balls. Roll each with the help of a little dry flour, into thin rounds. Deep fry in hot oil. Drain and serve hot.
