Mango puris
Ingredients

Refined flour

115gms

Fat
|
30gms
|
Mango pulp
|
55 – 85gms
|
Sugar
|
1 tsp
|
Oil for frying

Sift flour. Rub in fat. Add mango pulp and make a stiff
dough. Divide into equal portions and roll into thin puris. Deep fry. Remove
and sprinkle over with sugar. Serve hot.
Banana/pumpkin puris
Ingredients and method same as above but use banana pulp or
cooked pumpkin instead of mango pulp. Jaggery may be used instead of sugar.
