Boiled Rice

Ingredients	For 4	For 100
Rice	500gms	11kg
Water	1 lit	22 lit
Salt	10gms	100gms

Wash and soak rice. Bring water to a boil. Add rice and salt and simmer. Cook till rice is soft and water has evaporated.
