Maida (refined flour)
1 kg
Potatoes
250gms
Salt
10 -12gms
Fat for frying (absorption)
150gms


Peel the potatoes, boil and mash. Sieve the flour, add mashed potatoes, salt and enough water to form a soft dough. Keep aside for half an hour. Roll out puris of 6” diameter. Fry them in hot fat like puris and serve hot.
