Aloo Chana Chaat - 1

















Boiled chickpeas (kabuli chana)
2 cups
Potatoes  - cut into pieces
2
Tomatoes – chopped
2
Lemon juice
½ tsp
Finely chopped green chillies
½ tsp
Chaat masala
1tsp
Chopped cilantro
1 tbsp
Salt
to taste 

This sweet-sour salad is a combination of potatoes and chick peas.

Mix all the ingredients very well.  Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
