Vegetable Fried Rice – Chinese















Ø  400 gms rice
Ø  50 gms green peas
Ø  50 gms beans
Ø  50 gms carrots
Ø  30 gms spring onions
Ø  Salt, pepper to taste
Ø  15 ml soya sauce
Ø  15 ml oil
Ø  A pinch Ajinomoto


Prepare boiled rice and chill

Dice (cut into small cubes) beans and carrots

Parboil (boil until partly cooked) beans and carrots, boil peas

Heat oil in a pan add the vegetable and sauté them

Add rice and season it

Fry well, add chopped spring onions

Remove and serve hot
