Tandoori Nan














Ø  250 gms refined flour
Ø  5 gms baking pwd
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  100 gms oil
Ø  1 egg
Ø  30 ml milk
Ø  20 gms curd
Ø  5 gms sugar


Sieve flour. Mix salt and baking powder

Beat the egg with milk and sugar mix with the flour

Add cold water and make dough

Add oil and knead well, add curd and salt and knead again. Keep for one hour

Divide into portions

Shape into nan

Bake in the tandoor.
