Ø  450 gms Whole wheat flour (Atta)
Ø  115 gms oil
Ø  Salt to taste


Sieve flour, rub part of the ghee into the flour

Add salt, water and make dough

Keep aside for ½ an hour

Knead well divide into even sized portions, roll out. Smear (spread) melted ghee. Add into two and roll out into round shapes.

Heat tawa and cook both sides or cook in tender
