Ø  1 chicken
Ø  10 gms turmeric
Ø  10 gms jeera
Ø  5 gms cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
Ø  10 gms ginger
Ø  10 gms garlic
Ø  115 gms onions
Ø  15 gms red chilli pwd
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  450 gms tomatoes
Ø  50 gms oil


Clean and cut chicken into pieces

Grind spices with salt and rub over chicken

Blanch tomatoes and chop

Heat oil saute chicken

Add a little water and cook

Add blanched tomatoes. Cook till chicken is cooked add gravy is thick
