Ø 400 gms Cauliflower
Ø 10 gms ginger
Ø 10 gms garlic
Ø 20 gms green chilli
Ø 10 ml soya sauce
Ø 15 ml chilli sauce
Ø 10 ml tomato sauce
Ø Salt, pepper to taste
Ø 3 gm ajinomoto
Ø 200 ml stock
Ø 10 gms corn flour
Ø Oil for fry
Wash and cut the cauliflower
Season it with salt, pepper, ajinomoto, soya sauce and corn four.
Deep fry the cauliflower till golden brown colour
Remove and keep aside
In a Chinese fry pan or wok, heat oil and fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies till light golden brown in colour
Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and season, add ajinomoto
Add stock and boil it for a few minutes
Thicken the sauce with a mixture of corn flour and water
Add the fried cauliflower into sauce. Boil it again and serve hot with fried rice, plain boiled rice or steamed rice
