Shredded Beef with vegetables



















Ø  500 gms beef
Ø  30 gms corn flour
Ø  25 gms capsicum
Ø  25 gms carrots
Ø  25 gms cauliflower
Ø  25 gms onions
Ø  5 gms sugar
Ø  Salt, pepper to taste
Ø  50 ml beef stock
Ø  10 gms spring onion
Ø  3 gms ajinomoto
Ø  25 ml oil
Ø  5 ml soya sauce


Shred the beef into long thin strips. Season it with the salt, pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto and corn flour deep fry and keep aside.

Cut the vegetables into long thin strips

Heat oil saute the vegetables and add shredded fried beef.

Add stock and season it , add corn flour blended in a little water. When gravy is little thick serve hot with spring onion chopped as garnish
