Paneer Mutter Curry














Ø  450 gms green peas
Ø  115 gms paneer or cheese
Ø  10 gms coriander pwd
Ø  5 gms turmeric pwd
Ø  60 gms onion
Ø  30 gms fat or dalda
Ø  5 gms ginger
Ø  5 gms garlic
Ø  100gms tomato
Ø  10 gms salt
Ø  30 gms curd
Ø  10 gms coriander leaves


Grind together onions, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and tomato into a paste

Heat oil and fry the paneer cut into cubes, till light brown, remove and keep aside

In the same oil fry the masala and add the green peas fry it for a few minutes

Add the fried paneer to the masala paste, cook it on a slow fire till the paneer are soft. Add the salt and beaten curd and mix it well and cook it in slow fire for  few minutes

Remove from fire and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot with rice or chappathi
