Ø 400 gms chicken
Ø 50 gms onions
Ø 50 gms tomato
Ø 50 gms capcium
Ø 50 gms cucumber
Ø 50 gms carrots
Ø 50 gms sugar
Ø 50 ml vinegar
Ø 150 ml tomato sauce
Ø 1 egg
Ø 50 ml corn flour
Ø A pinch ajinomoto
Ø 1 lemon
Ø Oil for fry
Ø Salt, pepper to taste
Cut chicken without bones into small pieces
Add corn flour beaten eggs, salt, ajinomoto mix well
Heat oil, add chicken pieces deep fry and keep aside
Cut onions, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber and carrots into small pieces and keep aside
Make a gravy with tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar adding a little water.
Add lemon juice and boil it for a few minutes
Blend a little corn flour in cold water and add to gravy, cook till thick.
Add chicken pieces and all the vegetables into hot sauce and serve
