Ø 2 cups whole moong
Ø 4 green chillies, chopped
Ø 1 tsp turmeric pwd
Ø ½ tsp chilli pwd
Ø 1 tblsp ghee
Ø 1 lemon
Soak moong for 18 hours. Drain and tie in a napkin and set aside in a warm place till they germinate fully. Now heat ghee on a tawa. Fry green chillies. Add turmeric powder. Add sprouted moong and fry till tender. Now add salt and chilli powder. Remove it from the flame. Cool and add lemon juice and serve with tea.
