Mutton Tikka


















Ø  ½ kg minced and cooked meat
Ø  6 boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
Ø  2 medium sized onions, well chopped
Ø  1” piece ginger finely chopped
Ø  2 egg whites beaten well
Ø  ½ tsp garam masala
Ø  1½ cup dry bread crumbs
Ø  6 green chillies, chopped
Ø  Ghee for frying
Ø  Salt to taste

Heat about 2 tblsps ghee and shallow fry in a pan, onion, ginger and green chillies till golden brown.

Add minced meat and fry. Mix in mashed potatoes, salt and fried spices. Make a dough of it. Take a small portion and shape into a desired size. Dip into egg whites and sprinkle bread crumbs and deep fry in ghee on medium flame. Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
