Masala fried Fish















Ø  500 gms fish
Ø  5 gms ginger
Ø  5 gms garlic
Ø  5 gms red chilli pwd
Ø  10 gms tamarind
Ø  2 gms jeera
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  30 ml oil


Wash and cut fish

Grind together the spices and salt

spread fish with this paste

Keep aside for some time

Shallow fry till cooked, serve hot
