Ø 225 gms spinach
Ø 225 gms potato
Ø 10 gms ginger
Ø 5 gms garlic
Ø 5 gms chilli pwd
Ø Few leaves of Coriander
Ø 30 ml fat
Ø Salt to taste
Peel and cut potatoes into quarters
Heat fat and potato, remove.
Grind together chilli powder, garlic, ginger.
Fry masala and whole green chillies
Boil spinach and make a paste and add to masala.
Add fried potatoes and salt cook till potatoes are tender.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves
