For Koftas:
Ø  500 gms minced and well oiled mutton 
Ø  2 chopped onion
Ø  2 tsp besan
Ø  2 egg
Ø  5 green chillies, finely chopped
Ø  1 piece crushed ginger
Ø  ½ tsps chilli pwd 
Ø  Oil for deep frying
Ø  Salt to taste
For Curry:
Ø  250 gms peeled and diced tomatoes
Ø  2 small sized onions chopped
Ø  3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Ø  1 piece ginger, crushed
Ø  ½ tsp turmeric pwd
Ø  ½ tsp garam masala 
Ø  1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves
Ø  10 cashewnuts, crushed
Barring oil, put all the ingredients meant for koftas into a mixer and grind into a thick paste. Shape the paste into small balls. Heat the oil and deep fry the koftas.
Now for preparing curry, heat 4 tblsp oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic till the whole lot becomes golden brown. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Reduce it to simmer and add to it the fried kofta balls. Simmer again for 5 mts. Garnish with crushed cashewnuts, coriander leaves and serve hot.
