Ø 1 kg of mutton cut into tiny bits
Ø 6 tomatoes
Ø 3 onions
Ø 6 chillies
Ø 2 tsps coriander pwd
Ø 1 tsp cumin seeds pwd
Ø 6 cloves of garlic
Ø 1” long piece of ginger finely grated
Ø ½ tsp turmeric pwd
Ø 1 tsp mustard
Ø ½ cup vinegar
Ø Ghee as much as required for frying
Ø Salt to taste
Grind all the ingredients together except the onions. Heat ½ cup of ghee in a pan. Now fry the onion and tomatoes and then fry the masala. Now add the meat and vinegar and fry again. Add salt as much as required, then pour in a little water and cook till the meat is tender and the gravy thick.
