Ø 1 chicken disjointed and cut into pieces
Ø 3 onions
Ø ½ tsp chilli pwd
Ø 1 piece ginger chopped
Ø 6 cloves garlic chopped
Ø 1 cup fresh and thick curd
Ø ½ tsp garam masala
Ø 6 tblsp ghee
Ø Lemon juice to taste
Ø Salt to taste
Ø A handful of chopped coriander leaves.
Thoroughly beat curd and mix chicken pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for half an hour. Now heat ghee and fry onions, garlic till light brown. Add chilli and coriander powder for a minute. Now mix in chicken. Fry till chicken is tender and whole fluid is absorbed in it. Add garam masala and salt. Serve it, hot garnished with coriander leaves.
