Clean and cut chicken. Grind coconut, poppy seeds, cashewnuts, red chilli, green chilli, coriander and half onions. Heat oil and saute the remaining sliced onions. Add ground masala and fry .Add chicken, salt and beaten curd. Add a little water and cook till chicken is cooked
