Ø  450 gms refined flour
Ø  5 gms yeast
Ø  50 gms curds
Ø  Salt to taste
Ø  100 gms oil

Mix yeast in a little hot water.Make a dough with curds, yeast, water, salt and flour. Keep aside for one hour. Knead  well and make portions. Roll out  of 6” diameter, deep fry
