Malai Ladoo















Ingredients

Quantity
Condensed milk
½ cup
Paneer (cottage cheese)
250gms
Kewra essence
2 to 3 drops
Yellow colour
¼ tsp


Mash paneer.

Add condensed milk and cook on slow flame, stirring continuously.

Cook till thick and sides leave.

Add essence and remove from flame.

Mix well.

Pour on plate.

Cool. Make ladoos.

Sprinkle powdered elaichi and decorate.
