Ladu















Ingredients

Quantity
Butter – melted
4 tbsp
Chickpeas flour
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup


"We call Ladu "Brain Tonic"... the Yogi says...

Add chickpea flour to melted butter. Stir in heavy pan until it browns - about 10 minutes. Add sugar - stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

When cool enough to handle form into small balls, about 15 of them (that should be about a tablespoon per ball).
