Hot Spicy Butters




Ingredients

Quantity
Plain butter
1 cup
Red chilli crushed
2
Garlic – crushed
2 to 3 flakes
Salt
to taste 
Vinegar
5 drops


Mix the vinegar, salt , garlic and chilli together.

Add to butter (which has been brought to room temperature).

Fold in to mix evenly.

Use on breads, rolls, etc. as spread or to top in curry dishes.

Warm the toasts or rolls after applying to bring out the flavour well.

Variations:

Add ginger instead of garlic.

Add paprika instead of chillies.

Add chaat masala instead of garlic.

Add chilli sauce instead of chilli, omit vinegar.
