Hari Chatni - Green Chutney

















Ingredients

Quantity
Fresh cilantro – washed and chopped
3 ounces
Mint leaves – optional
few  springs
Green chilli peppers 
4 small
Minced ginger
1 tbsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Red pepper
½ tsp
Sugar
1 ½ tbsp
Water
1 ½ tbsp
Lemon – juice
1 of
Salt
½ tsp


Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in electric blender and blend to puree. Add lemon juice and blend again. Store in refrigerator until serving.
